Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS)
Available in both intermittent and continuous motion, Triangle’s X-Series vertical form fill seal baggers are the Faster, Cleaner, Smarter solution to your packaging needs. And, Triangle intermittent motion models can be easily converted to continuous motion in the field as your production needs change. With features such as quick, tool-less changeover; accessible, easy to clean designs; optional Ultrasonic sealing; and optional integrated zipper applicator.
Combination Weighers
Triangle Combination Weighers are a highly accurate, space-saving solution that is ideal for a wide range of food packaging applications. Whether your business is produce packaging, poultry packaging, cereal packaging, frozen food packaging, or hard-to-handle products, Triangle have seen them all
Inline Weighers
Offering unmatched accuracy, Triangle In-Line Combination Weighers are ideal for a wide variety of food packaging applications, from semi-moist or IQF products such as frozen vegetables to dry flowables such as cereal or pasta, as well as various confectionery products
Belt-Fed Weighers
Triangle Belt-Fed Weigher is ideal for larger pieces or difficult to run products, such as fresh boneless chicken breasts or cubed meats. The Belt-Fed scale is designed with 6” x 6” buckets, and can handle large weights and pieces with ease – up to 10 lb in one discharge
Horizontal Cartoners
Triangle’s ProLine Flex 1 Horizontal Cartoner is designed to be paired with current generation high-speed Continuous Motion VFFS machines like the Triangle X-Series and offers loading and indexing speeds to 100 cartons per minute to perfectly match the VFFS output for most bag-in-box applications
Depositors
Triangle offer various tray packing systems for loading product into cartons, trays, or bowls. Pair a Triangle Bagger or Depositor with one of our Combination Weighers for unmatched accuracy and seamless integration. All of our machines are built to the highest quality standards.
