ReeForm Series Thermoforming Packaging Machine

The ReeForm Series are thermoforming packaging machines that offer a wide range of machine options to meet customers’ individual requirements. Series include machines from entry-level, flexible film only, and compact models up to high performance customizable machines capable of forming flexible and rigid films, a range of film widths, forming depths and cut-off lengths.

This machine is also saddlepack thermoformer capable. A great option for bulk protein packaging the consumer keeps the benefits of smaller package sizes. “The industry seems to be moving in a direction of tray-less products. One answer to that for our customers that produce bulk style packages is the saddle pack.”

8000 Series Thermoform Fill Seal Medical Device Packaging

Ossid medical horizontal form fill seal machines can be customized to each customers product needs and offer unique features ranging from high speeds to versatility in packaging formats. These medical device packaging machines are designed and built in accordance with the AMI sanitary principles and can be built for clean room environments. With three machine options, the 800, 8000 and 8000S we can build a machine to your specifications. Ossid medical machines have output rates of up to 30 cycles per minute making this equipment perfect for meeting large capacity requirements.

Packaging formats include ambient, modified atmosphere (MAP), vacuum pack, as well as vacuum skin pack (VSP) packaging formats. They can run a wide variety of materials including flexible and rigid films.
